The App is primarily used as a survey and operational tool by Brand Promoters (BPs), Supervisors, and Merchandisers.

- User Information: The App does not allow public sign-ups. Accounts are provisioned by your employer or organization. We collect authentication details provided to you to log into the App.
- Customer Survey Data: During physical surveys, BPs may collect customer information, which can include names, phone numbers, customer opinions, and photos. This data is collected on behalf of the organizing company for campaign and operational analysis.
- Location Data (Event-Based Only): We do not track your location in real-time. Location data is only collected at specific triggered events: during check-in/check-out, when submitting a survey, and during specific merchandising activities to verify the location of the task.
- Camera and Photos: Access to your device's camera and photo library is required for capturing images during surveys, site visits, or capturing digital signatures.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for various purposes, including:
- To manage your account and facilitate field operations, surveys, and merchandising tasks.
- To verify the authenticity and location of surveys and tasks.
- To compile campaign data and insights for the organization managing the MarkIt deployment.
- To improve our App's functionality and user experience.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We share your information and the collected survey data exclusively with:
- Your employer or the organizing company managing the MarkIt campaign.
- Service providers that assist us in providing the App (e.g., cloud hosting, database management).
- Law enforcement or regulatory bodies if required by law.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the personal data and survey data you collect. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Your Choices
You can manage event-based location and camera permissions directly from your device settings. As accounts are managed by your organization, please contact your administrator to update or deactivate your account.
